Do I need to pay a deposit?
Yes. A $25 dollars deposit is required to secure your appointment. Your booking is not confirmed until the deposit has been received, failure to do so will result in your appointment being cancelled. All deposits are applied toward your remaining balance. ALL DEPOSITS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE
How should I prepare for my appointment?
Please arrive with clean lashes and no mascara, eyeliner, strip-lash glue, clusters, or oily products around the eyes. Clean lashes help your extensions last longer and allow us to begin your service on time. If you have any specific styles or looks in mind, feel free to bring reference photos. This will help us understand your desired outcome better!
What should I expect during my lash appointment?
During your lash appointment, our professional technicians will consult with you to discuss your desired look. You'll then relax as we carefully apply your lashes or shape your brows. We prioritize your comfort throughout the session and ensure you leave with beautifully enhanced features.
What is the difference between Hybrid, Volume, Mega Volume, Wet Set, and Wispy Wet?
Hybrid combines classic lashes and volume fans for a textured, fuller look. Volume provides a soft and fluffy finish, while Mega Volume creates a darker and more dramatic appearance. A Wet Set gives a defined, mascara-like look, and a Wispy Wet Set adds spikes and texture for a more noticeable finish.
How long does a lash appointment take?
Service durations can vary based on the specific treatment and the look you are aiming for. Generally, brow shaping and waxing appointments take around 15-30 minutes, while lash services can range from 1 to 2 hours. For more detailed information on exact times, please reach out to us directly.
How long does lash extensions last?
Retention varies based on your natural lash cycle, aftercare, lifestyle, skin type, and maintenance. For the best results, follow all aftercare instructions and schedule regular refills.
When should I book a refill?
Refills are normally recommended every two to three weeks. You must have atleasts 40% of lashes remaining to qualify as a refill. If you have less than 40% of lashes your service will be considered a full set.
What happens if I arrive late?
A 10-minute grace period is allowed. After 10 minutes, a $10 late fee applies. If you are 15 minutes late, your appointment will be cancelled.
What is your cancellation and no show policy?
Please contact us 24hrs prior to if you need to cancel or reschedule. After two no-shows, you will be blocked from making future booking
Do you offer after hours appointments?
Yes, subject to availability. Appointments between 6:00 PM and 6:15PM incur an additional $30 fee. Appointments after 6:30 PM incur an additional $50 fee.
Can I book on a holiday or your day off?
Holiday and off day appointments are available upon request, subject to availability, and incur an additional $50 fee.
